Product Introduction
- T8000D series spindle servo drive is designed for numerical control machine of new type and high precision and it has new functions like positioning control, pulse synchronous control and so on. It supports close loop control towards the spindle motor with encoder. This drive has high responding ability towards speed as well as smooth speed. It can achieve various functions like warrant stop of spindle, rigid tapping, indexing positioning and so on by cooperating with different numerical control system;
- Multi encoder support: it can support differential encoder; ABZ encoder; Resolver and so on;
- The drive features power dip ride-through: the feedback energy from the load makes up for any voltage drop, so the drive can keep operating for a short time even when power dips occur;
- Integrated overvoltage & overcurrent stall prevention control: The system automatically regulates and constrains output voltage and current levels in real time during operation, to avoid nuisance and excessive tripping of protective functions;
- Integrated Torque Limitation & Control: The system automatically clamps torque output in real time during runtime to avoid nuisance and frequent overcurrent tripping, with dedicated torque control functionality deployed for vector control operation;
- Onboard Multi-Step Position Preset Function: Leveraging built-in basic PLC logic or discrete digital input signals, the system facilitates the seamless activation of up to 16 predefined position setpoints.

Applications
1:Numerically-controlled machine tool:The high-precision machining of CNC machine tools (such as tool changing, tapping, and indexing) relies on the precise positioning of the spindle. Meanwhile, precise positioning requires 'real-time position feedback + precise speed control' — both of these capabilities can only be provided by frequency converters with positioning function and cannot be replaced by ordinary frequency converters. Therefore, the ZONCN T8000D series is highly suitable.
2:Milling machine:For a milling machine to perform high-precision machining such as thread milling and helical groove milling, the spindle and feed axis must have 'proportionally linked movement'; this linkage requires pulse signals to transmit precise position/speed information; only frequency converters with pulse synchronization control can realize the interaction between the spindle and pulse signals, thereby achieving such linkage — without it, the core synchronous machining functions of the milling machine cannot be realized.
3:Packing machine:Without high-precision VFD such as the ZONCN T8000D series, packaging machines cannot stably produce products with uniform dimensions, securely sealed, and qualified appearance, nor can they meet the stringent standards of industries such as food and daily chemicals.
4:Spindle motor:The processing tasks of the spindle motor determine that it requires 'precise positioning', and 'precise positioning' needs 'position feedback + closed-loop control' — these two core capabilities cannot be provided by ordinary frequency converters. Only frequency converters with spindle positioning function can connect 'positioning commands from the CNC system' and 'the execution of the spindle motor', upgrading the spindle motor from 'blind start-stop' to 'precisely controllable'. The ZONCN T8000D series is highly suitable for this purpose.
